HUCKLEBERRY DESSERT CONTEST

Sunday, August 13, 2017 Judging begins at 2 p.m.


Categories:

1. Huckleberry Jam or Jelly
2. Any huckleberry-mix Jam or Jelly

Entries must be brought to the Green Building by 11:30 a.m. on Sunday.

Entries must be one pint or larger, vacuum sealed (no paraffin), and be cooked in a sanitary kitchen.

Entries will be judged on taste and appearance.

ALL ENTRIES MUST INCLUDE HUCKLEBERRIES!

Categories:

1. Adult (12 yrs and over)
2. Youth (less than 12 yrs)

All desserts must include Huckleberries as a primary ingredient.

Entries must be brought to the Green Building by 1:30 p.m. on Sunday.

No entries with dairy products or uncooked eggs such as meringue, custards, cream cheese fillings, etc. (Call if you have questions).
