PLEASE NOTE: SPACE SIZE WILL DETERMINE SIZE OF DISPLAY IF THIS INCLUDES YOUR R.V. AS PART OF YOUR DISPLAY (ex. your RV is 25 feet you would need 3 spaces).
WE FURNISH ONLY SPACE !!!!!! YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR TABLES, COVERS OR OTHER PROPS.
FIVE DOLLARS OF EACH SPACE FEE GOES INTO A FUND FOR GROUNDS SECURITY. However, you are responsible for your possessions. Our security person cannot be everywhere at the same time.
All previous participants have until APRIL 15th to reserve the space used in last year's festival. Spaces not reserved by APRIL 15th are then allotted to persons who are on a waiting list. ALL SPACES ARE ALLOTTED ON A FIRST PAID FIRST SERVE BASIS.
REMEMBER, THIS IS AN ARTS & CRAFT SHOW!!!!! NO COMMERCIALLY MADE KITS, ITEMS, JEWELRY OR CANDIES. NO RUMMAGE OR FLEA MARKET ITEMS. IF ANY SUCH ITEMS ARE FOUND FOR SALE, YOU WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE.
THE HOURS THAT THE FESTIVAL IS OPEN ARE FRIDAY (OPTIONAL), SATURDAY 9:00 TO 5:00 REQUIRED (LATER OPTIONAL) & SUNDAY 10:00 TO 4:00, REQUIRED. Failure to comply with these hours will result in not being invited back next year.
PRINT THIS FORM, COMPLETE THE TOP AND BOTTOM PORTION, and RETURN WITH A CHECK PAYABLE TO:ALL ITEMS MUST BE AT LEAST 75% HOME/HAND CRAFTED BY THE VENDOR.
PLEASE LIST ITEMS TO BE SOLD: Your contract will be returned if this information is not provided.
